MENU OF THE DAY

 

The menu of the day is a small tasting menu where you eat every dish. Is composed by four tastings, dessert and drink. Only seat and enjoy!

​*Monday: Tartar of fresh and smoked salmon with leek cream and bread toast

*Tuesday: Carpaccio of octopus and potato with smoked red pepper oil

*Wednesday: Veal Carpaccio, basil oil, walnuts, peanuts and Parmesan cheese

*Thursday: Squid rice with allioli of smoked eel

*Friday: Codfish brandada with honey and curry

*Saturday: Mini farm bread with Provolone cheese, so-fried tomato, basil and oregano
